Corporate Innovation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and creative Corporate Innovation Project Manager, to join our collective mission. This role is hands-on and reports directly to the CEO to fuel the company’s growth in partnership with the multidisciplinary staff. The key success metrics in this role will be measured in terms of quarterly revenue, profitability and customer satisfactions growth.

What will you do?

This role must assist the CEO office by providing strategic and tactical support, managing projects and relationship, conducting research, and executing various tasks including, but not limited to the following:

  • Strategic and tactical support: Anticipates, believes, and communicates tasks and priorities, and provides substantive support to the CEO in execution
  • Project management: Coordinates special projects, oversees projects, develops processes and procedures, and manages tradeshows and conferences, events, and provides regular projects and corporate initiatives status updates
  • Communication and relationship building: Drives stakeholder communications, manages company website and social media accounts, communicates with the customers, vendors, Board members, investors and CEO’s staff, and serves as a liaison between the CEO and others
  • Research and analysis: Conducts research and fact-finding investigations, writes reports and provides analysis
  • Writing and editing: Composes, edits, and finalizes correspondence and memoranda
  • Administrative tasks: Manages calendars, review invoices, and coordinates travel arrangements and accompany the CEO to the domestic and international events as needed
What are we looking for?

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of verifiable Executive Assistant or Project or General Management experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Expertise in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar CRM platforms, MS Teams and Google Workspace environment, and modern office and business productivity software tools
  • Excellent team player promoting positive, productive, and healthy work culture
  • Must have excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence, and be highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, flexible, coachable, able to work in a fast-paced nonlinear environment, and able to handle confidential matters

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • IT and/or energy industry experience
  • A graduate (Master’s or PhD) degree
  • Learning agility to become a strong individual and team contributor
