A Marketing Associate manages daily administrative tasks, conducts market research, gathers consumer behavior data, creates reports on marketing metrics, assists in organizing promotional events, and coordinates with other teams to create advertising material.

Dedicated to sustainability and environmental protection, the company focuses on proven cutting-edge technologies, tools, techniques and solutions to automate critical infrastructure management and field operations and improve operational efficiencies, functionality, safety and uncover new strategies for electrification, decarbonization and nature protection.

What will you do?

Involved in providing forecasts and budget plans on a monthly basis & work with relevant stakeholders to get inputs for the budget forecast
Work closely with category team to ensure their budget utilization for doing promo and campaigns
Performance controlling for teams who are asking for budget (especially category team) by monitoring and evaluating Sales & Marketing actuals versus targets

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience in similar role, fresh graduates who are passionate in working with numbers is encouraged to apply
Positive attitude through the day to day business and able to work under pressure
Excellent communication and good ability to work in a team, creative thinking, and collaborative
Strong analytical skills & able to identify opportunities or problems from data and current trend
A fiercely passionate and highly motivated person
Experience with promotion or campaign strategy would be a plus
