Corporate Program Manager (CPM)

We are seeking a highly driven and creative Corporate Program Manager, to join our collective mission. This role is hands-on and reports directly to the CEO to support the company’s overall strategic goals and growth in partnership with the multidisciplinary staff. The key success metrics in this role will be measured in terms of quarterly revenue, profitability and customer satisfactions improvement and enterprise risk mitigation in alignment with the programs.

What will you do?

This role will be responsible for the big-picture, long-term strategy and direction of the company, ensuring that programs align with business objectives and are delivered effectively and efficiently. This role must assist the CEO office by providing strategic and tactical support, managing programs and relationship, conducting research, and executing various tasks including, but not limited to the following:

  • Strategic and tactical alignment: Anticipates, believes, and communicates tasks and priorities, and provides substantive support to the senior leadership in execution and making changes for corporate performance improvement
  • Program management: Develops and manages corporate and revenue programs from initiating to closing and provides regular status updates to the senior leadership tracking progress, budgets, and ensures programs meet performance targets
  • Communication and relationship management: Coordinates teams, manage resources across projects, and ensure effective communication across the organization and external stakeholders including customers, investors, vendors, suppliers, regulators and communities. Build strong meaningful relationships with stakeholders
  • Risk Management: Identifies and mitigates enterprise risks associated with the programs and regulatory compliance. Conducts research and fact-finding investigations, provides analysis and reports
  • Change management: Facilitate organizational change through program implementation. Composes, edits, and finalizes correspondence and memoranda
What are we looking for?

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of verifiable Project / Program Management experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Physical Science / Business
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies, strong understanding of project / program management methodologies and best practices, ability to identify and solve complex problems, ability to influence without authority and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Expertise in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Mailchimp, MS Project or similar PM platforms, MS Teams and Google Workspace environments, and modern office and business productivity software tools
  • Excellent team player promoting positive, productive, and healthy work culture
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence, and be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, flexible, coachable, able to work in a fast-paced nonlinear environment, and able to handle confidential matters

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Aerospace / Defense / Utility industry experience
  • Project / Program Management Certification
  • A graduate (Master’s or PhD) degree
  • Learning agility to become a strong individual and team contributor
